Candidate should be able to Provide operational excellence in all areas of HR.

Administers the day-to-day operations and programs of recruiting, retaining, compensation, benefits, employee relation, training and administration (incl. Payroll in Germany).

Works closely with Director HR.

Ensures continuous improvement of HR processes and policies on a local basis.

Works effectively in a team environment.

Position Requirement:
Bachelor´s degree in HR or an equivalent combination of skills and experience in the field of HR.

Experience in the field of HR will be an added value.

Good knowledge in all areas of HR.

Able to work independently.

Effective team player and strong project experience.

Good interpersonal skills.
