Conducting Induction programme for the new joinee which encapsulates detailing the company profile, processes, organizational structure and various HR policies by clearly demonstrating how imperative they are to the organization as a whole.
Conducting various reviews like Induction Reviews, Mid-Reviews and Confirmation Reviews. Exit-Interview via performing all formalities of Employee separation.
Administering Employee engagement activities like organizing team building games, fun-filled sessions and other recreational programmes.
