The incumbent would be responsible for hiring across all levels for ITES/Call Center/BPO of Tech Mahindra
Key responsibility of driving the ramp-ups of the agent/entry level hiring
Involved in sourcing, interviewing & selection process; structuring offers and conducting negotiations
Tracking and analyzing the recruitment, interviewing and selection process Effective reporting on recruitment strategies and activities
Resourcing people for current and future requirements, including freshers and experienced manpower
Identify and map proactively the talent pool as per organizational requirements - existing and future business plans
Managing the ongoing recruitments for Voice & Data profiles
Collating data on compensation structures with comparable organization for review and analysis
Publish management reports on recruitment status, overall sourcing
Would have to coordinate with different departments in identifying and filling gaps in manpower resources
Should have exposure in recruitment in an International BPO/Call Center
Must be MBA in Human Resource from reputed institute
Experienced in a high growth organization in the ITES industry
Should have independently managed selection and recruitment of Junior to senior level across various technologies and functions
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
Should be an excellent team player
Preferably staying in and around Noida
