The candidate will be collecting, downloading CVs using different sources i.e. advertisement through news papers, job portals, placement agencies & existing Database
Screening the candidates on the basis of various parameters i.e job description & job specification
Arranging telephonic interview with short-listed candidates before forwarding it to hiring authorities and to maintain a high level of interview to offer ratio
Performing all other activities of the recruitment process i.e line up the interview and follow up with candidates and to maintain a high offer to start ratio
Follow up with the selected candidates for joining
Maintaining daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly MIS & ensure speedy closure of all open positions in the organization
Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
Must be a computer savvy
