Sourcing profiles from Job Portal, Network, Vendor and internal reference
Initial Validation, Interview scheduling - HR discussion
Salary negotiation
Handling Campus recruitments
Reporting and MIS up date on daily basis
Post graduation would be preferred
Previous work experience in recruitments, preferably in a consultancy
Assertive and aggressive, ability to find and hire talent for our varied clients
Previous work exposure in BFSI and / or ITES segment
