Responsible for recruitment`s at middle and senior level of different Clients in the ITES space.
Business Development, Client Interaction & Client Engagement.
Responsible for understanding the process and Specifications as well as Job Descriptions.
Explaining candidates about different rounds of interview from Introduction Round till final HR round and co-ordination with the clients.
Identifying specialized & potential candidates through multiple sources simultaneously.
Negotiating salaries at both candidate and client’s end.
Desired Profile:
Recruitment consultancy experience in the ITES space
Exposure to client interaction & engagement and BD
Exposure to Headhunting, industry mapping etc
