Would be Responsible to lead a team of recruiters and closing all the senior positions.
Developing and Implementing recruiting strategies.
Responsible for end to end recruiting and head – hunting as per company`s requirement
Would be coordinating with the Departmental heads for their manpower requirements.
Ensuring of all Recruitment Policy and procedures being followed
