Updating the JDs for any role / structure changes – and revising them as per policy
Prepare and provide approved assignment brief to Recruitment Consultants
Liaise and coordinate with Search Consultants to ensure delivery as per terms agreed
Shortlist, Interview and finalize the candidates (up to relevant positions) - Ensure completion of compensation and grade analysis, hike meter, salary negotiation and reference check
Issue of offer letter to selected candidates
Adhere to the Pre-Offer check list fulfilment for all the positions
Coordinate and liaise with all selected candidates till they join
Coordinating with the institutes for campus placements, giving campus presentation to the students, conducting group discussion & personal interview
Shortlist and finalize suitable student for apt position
Handing over the offer letter to the student
Performs pre offer check list fulfillment for all the positions being filled
Make follow up calls to the selected candidates
Responsible for generating and updating organizational mapping records
First-cut Verification of all Vendor Bills (related to the section) for accuracy of details and adherence to contract terms
Identifies new vendors related to recruitment, collates all information (technical capabilities and commercial), completes the first cut analysis and recommends for Shortlisting

To prepare and deploy approved plans, projects and initiatives ensuring adherence to the norms towards building the organizational culture
To design and implement various approved cost reduction initiatives in the department / section accountable for and monitor the corresponding reduction in the cost
To consistently and proactively interact with internal / external customers to understand their needs and provide services to improve the internal / external customer satisfaction index.
To identify developmental needs of self and team members, recommend, prepare and implement developmental and career plans in consultation with the HR Department
To improve performance of self and team members by adhering to PMS process and supporting the team members to achieve targets
To honor diligently any other role and responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.
