Co-lead in partnership with Recruitment Manager in the development of the following ECLP sourcing strategy
University Recruiting/Campus Recruitment/ Institute Partnership.
Direct sourcing through networking/asking candidates to reach out job seekers as per culturally appropriate manner.
Monitor performance of the post-selection processing & MIS teams of RPO vendors.
Monitor the defined hiring SLAs right from the opening of the requisition till time-to-offer stage
Work on various metrics and periodic reports to make sure client groups are updated with latest information on recruitment.
