1. Preparing a manpower plan based on the business strategy and implementing the plan by timely recruiting employees and inducting the newly joined employees
2. Compensation management for all employees
3. Employee welfare activities
4. Handling employee grievances
5. Contract Labour Administration
6. HR related Statutory Compliance`s
