Website Advertising Revenue Accountant
The Website Advertising Accountant is responsible for processing revenue generated through website advertising. This position entails partnering with Global Media Services, Advertising Operations, Shared Services (AR/Credit/AP) and Retail Account Services.
Key responsibilities
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Ensure all revenue recognition criteria has been met before invoicing
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Generate invoices on a daily basis based on impressions tracked through 3rd party web based reporting such as DART, Atlas, and PointRoll.
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Apply daily cash received for advertising, licensing, sponsorship and revenue shares using Oracle AR Specialist Responsibility
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Research and resolve agency billing disputes ΓΆ€“ including issuing credit memos and revised invoices as needed
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Initiate approval and process credit/debit memos and write offs received from Credit
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Participate in monthly meetings with Global Media Sales and Ad Operations
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Reconcile daily invoices against the Transaction Register
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Provide ad hoc reporting for web advertising and receivables
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Maintain insertion orders, credit approvals, and 3rd party reporting on Ad Ops/Online Revenue shared drives.
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Track web advertising revenue and provide reporting to the FP&A teams
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Support DART/Salesforce Oracle integration process
