Software Engineer (Java / J2EE)



Responsibilities

* Work with visual and user experience designers and server developers

* Research, evaluate, and integrate open source AJAX frameworks

* Develop flexible and reusable Javascript components

* Develop server side business logic in Java

* Implement new features based on UI design and market requirements

* Develop data access layer using Hibernate and spring



Requirements

* BE/B.Tech. Computer Science from a reputed school (M.S. a plus)

* 3 to 6 years experience in Web Application development

* Embraces OO technologies and design patterns

* Tackles complex problems with breakthrough thinking and quality implementation

* Extensive experience in JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, and XSLT

* Well-versed in developing JAVA applications

* Knowledge of Struts 2, Hibernate and/or spring is a plus.

* Experience in development of Enterprise-class Management applications a plus

* Good communication skills and team play

* Attention to details
