Position: Customer Support Engineer

Experience: 2-4 yrs

Location: Hyderabad



Solid Know- how of the product family and of underlying technologies

Experience in providing Customer Support over E-Mail. Need to work very independently on the cases assigned



Responsibilities

-Solve support cases

-Work with support and/or product development personnel to troubleshoot and work around product issues.

- Prioritize both time and project, working independently

-Knowledge on GRC Information Security.

-Excellent customer Support Skills 2-3yrs of high-level technical support in windows environment.

-Ability to communicate effectively

-High self-motivated and independent.

-Excellent Trouble shooting Skills

-Well- Organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
