SAP FICA Functional Consultant – Please DO NOT send FI-CO consultants – FICA only!

REQUIREMENTS: Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience implementing FICA as part of the overall CCS solution
Must be able to work independently and guide junior resources in resolving solution issues
Deep knowledge in the overall dunning process, including the disconnect/reconnect process, correspondence process, collection agencies, and write off
Must be able to develop detailed functional specifications for FICA reporting needs
Solid experience in developing complex solutions around Security Deposits, Installment Plans, and Late Payment charges--Knowledge of all events associated to the items listed before
