Description:

We need to build a portfolio of resources, offshore with the following skills:
- Oracle 11i
- SchoolMAX (www.schoolmax.net)
- HP-UX (HP Unix)
- Any AS/400 will be a plus (data feeds are from the AS/400)

We will consider offshore resources on 6-8 weeks rotations so even if they have a B1, that will suffice.

Onshore resources should preferably be in the Virginia / DC areas or willing to relocate. Duration will be anywhere from 2-6 months.
