Position: IT and or Non-IT Recruiter (Consultant)
Location: Aundh, Pune

Experience: 6 months - 3 years of experience in handling IT recruitment.
Should be aware of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Skill-set: Extremely good in communication (written, verbal, email, telephone), high energy level, target oriented, desire to learn & grow, and ability to work under pressure.

Brief Job Profile:

Recruitment - IT and or non-IT (Scanning, Short listing, Coordinating, Scheduling, Communicating)
Independent Key Account Management
Interaction with clients for their requirement, analyses, and feedback across the country
Interaction, counselling, handholding with candidates
Conducting specialized search - Head hunting
Post recruitment follow-up

Salary: Fixed (6000 - 8000 per month) & High performance based variable (Can
go up to 25K per month)
