Hi,
Am looking for a good HR profile in Kolkata.
Being MBA(HR), I am having 1yr 6months of experience in talent management, formulating HR policies, PMS,employee engagement programmes, process and policy design, work flow design. I have in-depth knowledge on Recruitment process, hr policy formulation in particular and other HR functions in general.
Pls find my CV attached for perusal.Kindly go through it n let me know the possible openings. I shall be obliged If any one can recommend me or refer me to good company.
