Please find the below JD:



• Strong understanding of TSQL. Expert in writing TSQL stored procedures, functions and other data manipulation with TSQL

• Strong data modeling ability. Ability to understand application requirements and work with team in building appropriate data model.

o Data Modeling for OLTP workloads

o Data Modeling for read intensive workloads (data mart, data warehouse) in the form of STAR schema or Snowflake Schema

• Understands SQL Server performance tuning – Query tuning, ability to analyze database performance and build appropriate indexes, schemas. Very important candidate knows how to scale SQL Server and write and optimize TSQL for database performance.

• Good knowledge of SQL Server capabilities – Implementation and/or understanding of features like partitioning, clustering, service broker, filestream, LINQ and other features of SQL Server that can be used in solution development

• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services a plus

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
