1. Name of the Position : Web Hosting Administrator.(2+ Exp)





Job Description :



- Web based support - Email, Live chat and Trouble tkts etc.

- Identify and resolve customer problems.

- Installing, optimizing, monitoring DNS, NFS, Mail Server etc.

- Compiling, performance tuning / Load balancing of Hosting servers.

- Should be able to install/configure Applications on Hosting Servers like

Tomcat, Apache,Samba,IIS and DNS

- Trouble shoot Mail server issues (Qmail/Send mail).





Candidate Profile ::



- Should be comfortable working in Night shift.

- Strong Knowledge of windows/Linux Server configuration and Administration.

- Should have a working Experience of at least 1 year in Web Hosting Company

- Able to Configure, Manage Servers, Applications, DNS, Mail servers for Virtual hosting.

- Compiling, performance tuning / Load balancing of Hosting servers

- Strong exposure on Hosting control panels like Plesk,Cpanel.

2. Name of the Position : Hosting Support Executive.(1+Exp)



Job Description :



- Web based support - Email, Live chat and Trouble tkts etc.

- Identify and resolve customer problems.

- To assist customers in understanding the products and services.



Candidate Profile ::



- Should be comfortable working in Night shift.

- Should have positive attitude and a passion for serving customers.

- Fluent in English & Hindi.

- Well conversant with Internet technologies especially web solutions.
