Fixing of credit limits to the partners depending on the potential of the partner
keep track of competitors info, maintain contacts with competitors dealers market intelligence
Timely updation on the product/biz assigned
Maintaining healthy relation with partners
clear communication to partner and timely response
Maintain good relation with vendor
Stock planning, keep a track on ageing inventory and focusing on the SKU's to liquidate
Having knowledge on all statutory requirements, which will help in closing transactions
Timely bound closure of all pending commercial activities
