I am looking for the Manager-Business Solutions for my company-Satyam BPO. This position is based out of hyderabad. The job description is as follows:



• To provide pre sales support to the onsite sales team and the Satyam RMs and PRMs on domain, solutions and collaterals

• End to End ownership of RFP, RFIs, customer visits, presentations and collaterals and interacting with various departments such as Finance, HR, IT in developing complex business solutions for Pharma clients

• Building domain competency with a specific focus and own the same as FLCL

• Building innovative solutions resulting in proposal defences

• Building strong service offerings with high quality

• Ability to build relationships within Nipuna and Satyam Life Sciences team

• Project management

• Graduation in Science with MBA

• 5-7 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / IT-BPO companies

• Excellent domain knowledge, in any one of the areas such as R&D, Manufacturing and Sales & Marketing

• 2-3 years experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs

• Good understanding of pricing models

• Strong presentation skills and solutions presales experience required

• Experience of interacting with corporate clients to understand solution requirements

• Building domain competency and service offering within the Pharma Industry in any of the areas such as R&D, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing

• High quality responses to RFPs, RFIs

• Developing high impact presentations for competency building, sales and bid defence meetings

• Developing sales collateral within the vertical

• Organizing client meetings
