Job Description

• Generate online sales lead for Web Hosting / Email Hosting / Domain Registration

• Preparation and submission of proposal

• Negotiate proposal with client.

• Active participation in sales strategy

• Committed to achieve sales target.

• Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Web Hosting Services, Domain Registration and IT Services

• Minimum 1 month of experience in same industry.

• Responsible for revenue growth from 24*7 Sales channels for Internet Products.

• Must have exp. in Cold Calling/ lead generation /online sales process

• Strong telephone and verbal communication etiquettes.

• Should have ability to initiate engaging discussions

• Basics of Internet Browsing.

2. Position: Technical Support Executive – Web Hosting

• Technical support executive – web hosting

• Exp – 1 year to 1.5 years

• Communication skill should be fine

• Hosting company candidate only

Responsibilities

• Managing VPS and dedicated server using managed control panel independently

• Basic OS/Control Panel and script installation and troubleshooting on server.

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows issues handling and resolution

• Managing server for load and various security checks and Backup providing, IP Blacklist, RDNS, SPAM Control and all

• Must be able to reply ticket, handle calls and chat on the website

• Must be able to communicate with data center for related issues

• Must be able to work on WHMCS/WHM/CPanel/Plesk kind of panels
