IT savvy - healthcare professional in need

iSOFT employs more than 4,000 people worldwide with approximately 50 per cent in Chennai and Bangalore. Its resources comprise doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, and pharmacists. However, the company is now looking for healthcare professionals with an IT background.
As part of its expansion plans, the company recruited 300 employees over the last quarter, and intends to recruit another 300 professionals in the coming months.
The company is also increasing its presence in the Indian healthcare sector, which is expected to have a market size of $4 billion (Rs 19,600 crore) by 2011.
