Difference between a Telecaller and a Recruitment Officer in Recruitment Staffing Company.

A) Telecaller will be provided by a Database and Asked to call all the Candidates and to inform about the Vacancy to find their Interest. But A Recruitment Exe Will be Provided by a Recruitment to Go through that and Go on with the Recruitment
B) Telecaller will Read the Job Description as No Other Go for Him / Her to Fill the Vacancy. But A Recruiter will understand the JD and Explain to the Candidates what he understood from that.
C) Telecaller will try to Convince the Candidates to Get a Word of Interested from them and make them to attend interview. But A Recruitment Exe will make the Candidate to understand about the JD and Go Further which will Show Minimum No Shows at the Time of Interview.
D) Telecaller will argue with the Candidates to make them a Lead. But A Recruiter will try to Make Him / Her Understand about the Necessity.
E) Proper Follow Ups will be Done in a Larger Manner by a telecaller but it will give 60% Result Where Average Follow Up made by a Recruiter will Give 90% and Above.
F) All Together A Recruiter Can do Telecalling But Telecaller Cannot Do Recruitment
