Responsible for doing IT recruitment`s for direct clients in US handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.
Desired Profile:

Responsible for doing IT recruitment`s for direct clients in US.
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.
Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks with minimum turn-around-time.
High Proficiency on job boards & Boolean strings search techniques is required.
Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive candidates.
Should have worked with GC/ US Citizens/ TN/ EAD/H1/OP, 3rd party requirements.
Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 corp-to-corp.
Excellent telephonic etiquette.
Excellent written and oral English.
