Candidate with excellent written and oral communication skills are a must to engage and recruit candidates from all regions of the world - Strong problem solving abilities.
Proven understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts to build strong candidate database across critical skill-sets.
Screening & Short listing of CV`s, Interview scheduling. Planning, coordinating and executing headhunting process.
High level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel Software.
Familiarity with Internet navigation and on-line recruiting technology / tools.
Ensure recruitment of resources within lead-time specified.
Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate & future requirements.
Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams.
Effectively multi task and complete all duties in an expeditious manner.
Worked with different clients in recruiting for US staffing.
Knowledge of current IT technologies and ability to get the right candidate.
