Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years staffing experience in the IT arena.
Must be able to technically evaluate/ interview candidates.
Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications
Conducts follow-up calls and manages and coordinates all communication with candidates
Maintain a successful close ratio by identifying the right candidates based on sales projections
Writes complete and detailed job postings, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements
Performs other duties as assigned
Conduct thorough prescreening and assessment of potential candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Possess a proven track record of making placements while working in a fast-paced environment.
Contract or Direct Hire placement experience.
Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven use of social networking for placement and building brand recognition.
Expectations:
Meets with management to track and analyze recruiting efforts; Participates in weekly status meetings.
Maintains absolute confidentiality in all business matters.
Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time.
Must work during US timings (Eastern Standard Time).
