Role & Responsibility:
1) Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
2)Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
3)Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
4)Responsible to work on Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
5)Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
6)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
7)Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Skill Required
1)Must have prior experience of US IT recruitment
2)Willing to work as per US timings
3)Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening
4)Good command over various search tools & techniques
5)Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment
