Initially three months candidate will be responsible for the resume formatting for the clients of Cognilytics.
Hence good written communication skills are mandatory.
Training will be provided on the different approaches of recruitment.
Manage search assignments
.
Coordinate and prepare pre-search criteria
.
Create job descriptions
.
Maintain ATS database on a daily basis.
Coordinate job postings with manager
.
Review incoming candidate resumes.
Search and source candidates. 

Good understanding of FTE hiring, Independent contractor hiring (W2, C2C),Vendor Contracting experience.
