Coaching the team on service desk aspects
Managing service desk queue
Handling ADHOC client requests
Handling escalations
Desired Profile:
Willing to re-locate to Kolkata
Willing to work in evening / nights.
Currently working on a Service desk module - preference for candidates with HRO experience [HR Admin ; Learning and development ; Recruitment]-for at least 3-5 years
Overall BPO experience of 5 -8 years.
Has been involved in knowledge transfer and cascade.
Capability of carrying out the day to day efficient operations of the HR office.
Good communication skills.
Should have knowledge in SOP creation and Process Map’s [preferably with VISIO].
