IntiGrow, Pune 3–4 Yrs Share this jobCandidate should have 2-3 years full life cycle of recruiting to include partnering with hiring managers on requirement creation to development of a sourcing plan, sourcing, resume review, candidate screening, promoting your qualified candidate to the hiring team and closing candidates.
Ability to write/reformat/rewrite (job descriptions/resumes) and other recruiting correspondence.
Has employed creative and broad sourcing strategies to include internal databases, internet mining, cold calling, industry professional listings/organizations, referrals, social networking sites, job boards, candidate networking and previous employment contacts.
Communicating with the Own/Prospective candidates through telephonic screening, in order to evaluate their Credentials, Attitude, Aptitude skills.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-up.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and history of building good relationships with candidates and internal team, all levels within the company.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Building and maintaining database of candidate`s information, resumes, vendors, clients, status etc.
A positive and tenacious attitude and a problem solving approach that enables the maximizing of win-win outcomes.
Good Communications/Internal Personnel skills.
Good understanding of recruitment process.
Understanding the technical requirements.
Salary negotiation/Screening resume/follow ups.
Information Security domain knowledge is a plus.
