Datavibes Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Noida 2–4 Yrs Share this jobThe candidate solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status
Should be able to generate resumes from Linked in Searches and thus should be very well versed with the same
Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
Search resumes in Monster and Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate`s experience and requirement
Checking the references of candidates simultaneously
Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment
Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant
Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals
Negotiate on Salary aspects and assisting Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements
Experience in US Recruitments
Should be a Graduate in any stream
Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
Excellent negotiation skills
Should have sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience in US Staffing would be preferred)
