The incumbent has to identify and Search IT Professionals in the US Market through different Sources like jobsites, internal database.
Shortlist and Interview candidates according to the Job requirement.
Assist Account Manager (s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.
Sourcing & screening the profiles.
Interviewing & Client co-ordination.
Salary Negotiations.
Follow ups.
End to End recruitment cycle.
Candidate looking for Day Shift Need not Apply.
Atleast 6 months rich experience in Technical recruitments.
Wiling to work in permanent Night Shifts.
Exposure to US Staffing will be added advantage.
Sound understanding of technologies.
Candidates having BPO experience with some technical qualification can also apply.
