Talent Burst is looking to hire a Recruiter(all levels), who will be located at offices in Gurgaon or Noida and will support customers like VISA USA, MasterCard, Royal Bank Of Scotland, Yahoo!, The Home Depot, Salesforce.com, Genzyme, Fidelity, Symantec, Adobe, National Grid, EMC, BlueCross BlueShield etc.
Candidate should have excellent communication English speaking skills and ability to express clearly.
You will mainly interact with candidates who are either US Citizens or candidates who live and work in the US.
Some knowledge of popular culture, the lingo and trends is extremely desired.
1-7 year of Technical recruiting experience – solid demonstrable experience with recruiting strategies, US HR policies, Immigration classifications, tax terms.
Experience with ATS/VMS – we use Job Diva (we’d like you to look it up as well)
Mainly interested in local candidates who have strong, demonstrable experience in the US staffing industry and who can join us within 2 weeks.
Strong understanding of various Hardware’s and Soft wares, development platforms and methodologies.
Extremely good understanding of Technical screening methods.
