Should be able to set targets for yourself and be a consistent performer. You must have the ability to stretch yourself and accept challenging assignments – maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Job Description
* Understanding the client`s mandates and formulating the strategy to headhunt or source the candidates from various resources.
* Interviewing the candidates against the specific mandates and build a healthy pipeline for the client. Take the complete responsibility till the closure and the joining of the candidate.
* Meeting deadlines set by the team leader in meeting targets and closing the given mandates.
* Keeping track of the industry and regularly mapping the market.
