He / She would be hands on & join the highly motivated and high performance team at enrich IT (EIT) as part of the Talent Management team.

Working very closely with the US sales team members and the Talent Management team head.

Receives the requirement specifications from the sales team / sourcing head and verifies that all details including compensation, job responsibility, location, duration, skill set etc.

Identifying the best talent in the market that fits the specs and does initial screening and vetting before submitting the talent for the position.

Reports directly to the VP of business operations.

Desired Profile:
Must have the discipline, ability to convince, ability to listen, ability to innovate and the DNA of a high performing hands-on talent sourcing team member

Must be currently working on hands on talent sourcing (recruiting) in Oracle ERP technologies in Supply Chain, Financials and BI

The most recent 4 years experience must be on talent sourcing in the Oracle ERP technologies in Supply Chain, Financials and BI in the US market

The candidate must have overall 5-8 years of talent sourcing experience in the US market

Must have very good communication skills both oral and written

Must be very well versed with talent sourcing techniques like job boards, social media, proactive, referrals etc.

Ability to recruit top level talent in the ERP area and especially in the Oracle technologies like EBS, Apps, SCM, Fin, OBIEE, SOA, DBA etc.

Must have very good network within the industry and must have the ability to create new relationships

Experience having worked with a sourcing tool (like Taleo, JobDiva, Bullhorn etc) is a must

The candidate must have the ability, aggressiveness, and perseverance to source the right candidates for all the open positions and fulfill them

Ability to work in a team environment and to delegate, motivate and cooperatively work with other team members to achieve the goal of fulfilling the open positions

Must have the ability and experience to work and perform under pressure.
