To manage recruitment`s for the company and managing recruitment team of 7-8 people.

Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy to attract and hire high quality employees.

Must be able to handle, directly and through the team/business partners, the task of headhunting for specific skills and leaders.

Developing the recruitment marketing brand.

Leveraging existing global policies/practices and documentation and localize to relevant markets.

Developing standards for reporting all aspects of the recruitment processes e.g. cycle time, cost per hire, source.

Relationship management with external recruitment suppliers.

Liaison with Management and Engineering colleges and develop the recruitment marketing brand through various activities.

Establish a workforce planning model to track all hiring needs across the board.

Partnering with clients and colleagues: solid communication and relationship management skills; ability to develop relationships both internally and externally to the division and the firm.

Results-oriented: ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients - Strong analytical skills.

Broad knowledge of recruitment processes, policies and practices in local region.

Good track record of presenting to large and small groups.

Leadership skills: Track record of successfully leveraging a team; ability to motivate and inspire a team; ability to bring groups with diverse views/priorities to a common solution.

Critical analysis, forward thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop recommended solutions; ability to foresee the impact of emerging trends/patterns.
