Candidates with good network in the US IT staffing market will be preferred.
Marketing and managing the Bench consultants.
Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner and search for resumes in the various Job Sites.
Conduct preliminary interviews by phone to determine the experience and the skill level and ensure that the resume appropriately reflects the candidate`s experience.
Submit the profile of the candidate to the respective team lead or manager.
Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
