Source and develop candidates through traditional and creative means, such as networking, Linkedin, Internet searches, cold-calling based on name research, internal referrals, and so on.

Have a deep understanding of the hiring manager’s business, including strategic direction, priorities, and goals.

Educate hiring managers on the recruitment methodology and strategy and manage and
influence the hiring process.

Understand and be able to convey SAP’s value proposition and technology clearly to entice
prospects to join the company.

Work in partnership with all SAP recruitment and HR staff.

Manage and drive our search agencies for positions in which they are engaged.

Comply with hiring company hiring policies and legal requirement.

Fulfill requirements for high priority Global Delivery positions.

Candidate should have expert knowledge of recruitment, including candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy design and
implementation, screening, and assessment.

Ability to develop close working relationships with all levels of management with a consultative approach.

Ability to drive and influence hiring managers and search agencies.

Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.

Personal characteristics that include integrity, a drive to achieve, flexibility, creativity.

Approach to work that is consultative, influential, facilitative, and collaborative discretion in handling confidential matters.

Experience in handling SAP Skills preferred.
