This is an operational recruitment/marketing delivery role where your role will include the following:
Recruit IT Professionals (US Citizens, Green Card holders and H-1B candidates) for USA Market
Should have excellent Vendor Management skills.
Should have excellent marketing skills (USA and EUROPE)
Well versed with recruitment /sales/ marketing strategies
Maintain account database and follow established processes.
Able to handle Vendor Contracts and NDA&MSA
Should be able to maintain good relationship with tire1 Vendors
Willing to work more hours if required.
On the client side you will actively seek new business, as well as maintaining and developing existing client by delivering to their recruitment needs.
Good Understanding of Different Technologies (SAP, ORACLE, COGNOS, MUREX, CALYPSO, DOCUMENTUM, JAVA / J2EE AND DATA WAREHOUSING ETC., )
Experience in developing lead generation strategies and sales/marketing plans for new
accounts.
Ability to create and nurture relationships with hiring managers and senior executives.
Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.
The candidate should be a college graduate. The MBA is a plus.
