10. You would be responsible for the entire gamut of HR for a 15-member independent SBU which is going to expand to over 50 employees.

Compensation Range
2.4 to 3.6 lacs per annum.

What / Who are We Looking for?
1. 2 to 5 years experience covering both Recruitment and HR Generalist Profile in a Software / Web Development Company.
2. Experience with recruiting web development teams is preferable: PHP, Web Design, Business Analysts, Internet Research Executives, etc.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Great attitude.
5. Comfortable working in a small but rapidly-growing company.
