Candidate must be responsible for full-cycle of Recruitment and Staffing needs.

Short listing the candidates for various requirements

Proficient on resume search on Portals such as Monster, Net Temps, Dice.com

Handle end-to-end responsibilities in terms of identification of relevant profiles, sourcing.

Work with Account Managers to fully understand client requirements - Online searches / Job postings / Referrals

Work closely with the candidates on the following: Resumes Preparation, Interview Scheduling

Build relationships with third party sources for resumes

Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a Sense of Urgency

Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills

Having experience in recruitments, client servicing and account management with an electric profile of consulting firms.

In-depth knowledge of US & UK staffing scenarios.

Having good understanding of various requirements for SAP ERP.

Expertise in end to end recruitment life cycle, Client servicing & Business development.

Should Have proven abilities in sourcing, recruiting and placing IT professionals in internal as well as client requirements

Role & Responsibility

Responsible for handling SAP requirements from US as well as India based clients.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

Responsible to work on Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

Desired Profile

Must have prior experience in SAP IT recruitment

Good technical know-how of latest technologies.

Good command over various search tools & techniques

Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment
