Business Development & Client Relationship Management with global fortune companies for Recruitment Services.


Proposing recruitment services through voice and online presentations.


Responsibility will include identifying & developing clients across the regions Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe & US markets.


Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized recruitment service solutions.


Ensure calling and touch base is regularly done and a sales leads is generated. Coordinate with the management team and ensure required information for the project is sent to the client.


Assist in maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison and optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.


Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information forecasting related to business.

There will no travel involved in above profile/Roles.

Minimum 1-5 years of recruitment, Sales experience in recruitment/ HR Product services Industry.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Excellent Presentation and Computer skills
