Candidate will be responsible for the management of complete recruitment related operations of ICONMA in India.

Effectively lead and mentor a team of 6-8 Technical Recruiters; share responsibilities for results, provide feedback; provide support; and represent team plans.

Develop, analyze and evaluate team & individual objectives and to interpret and communicate progress and results.

Ability to influence Team members, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change

Maintain relationships with Corporate Recruitment team and Account Managers in the US heads to proactively serve their client requirements

Drive performance of the Indian Recruitment Team within agreed SLAs and timeliness • Provides necessary statistics to Senior Management in the US.

Advanced Skill in use of broad range of recruitment and sourcing tools including: Web-based services, networking, cold-calling, candidate identification and screening, research.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in the Staff Augmentation Industry, with 3-4 years working for a premier Tier 1 Staffing or RPO Company supporting US operations.

Significant experience in Recruitment including experience in sourcing and staffing and past experience in Managing a team of Recruiters.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and challenging environment. (Night Shift – India Timing)

Ability to support IT & Non IT requirements

Team leading experience.

Experience supporting direct client/VMS requirements

Educational Qualification: Post Graduation / Graduation from a Premier University
