Job Description:
1. Account Management
a. Client relationship management.
b. Requirement and profile validation.
c. Proposing high quality candidates.
d. Customer Mapping.
e. Develop new areas for business generation.
2. Manage a team of recruiters.
3. Ability to meet the predefined SLAs and Targets.
4. Identifying new avenues for revenue generation.
5. Training and development of team.
6. Handle Mnfg/Infra/Services/Consulting customers. This would exclude IT Services.
