Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in US Staffing and at least 2-3 Years as Resource Manager / Recruitment Manager /BDM with experience in US IT Staffing.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation and presentation skills.
Must have a good and relevant database of US Clients/ Consultants.
Must Have excellent track record .
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors / Clients and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
Identifying client business needs, make proposals for customized solutions.
Strong competence in lead generation, Prospecting Consultants / Clients and Client Relationship Management.
Understand the Client Hiring Requirements
Capability of Working on multiple requirements
Maintaining Relationship with clients as well as Consultants
Interaction with global managers
Single Point of contact for all sales, delivery activities and escalations.
Candidate should be willing to work in night shift
Must have Knowledge of working for Corp2Corp,1099,W-2 and Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.
Should have experience working through job portals like Dice,Career Builder, Monster Etc.
