Coordination with candidates and customers

Good communication skills
Should have handled large customers
Should understand IT skill terminology very well

Prior experience in headhunting for niche skills
Good relationship management skills
Ability to generate new customers
Ability to work with existing customers at enhanced volumes
Should have carried team targets
