Manage End to End life cycle of recruitment`s
o Attracting candidates and matching them to jobs in client companies. Ensuring CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests
o Adopt various styles of recruitment - headhunting, networking, database search , campus hiring
o Screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally make recommendations to the clients
o Coach & counsel candidates on interview skills; provide grooming tips as applicable
o Work on reducing turn around time

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
o Work together with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
o Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture
o Benchmark for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
o Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients
o Preparing assessments and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
o Seek periodic meeting with the clients to review client satisfaction levels

Attributes required for the role:
· Energetic with a high level of enthusiasm with good communicate skills
· High degree of relationship orientation
· Client interaction and front ending experience

Qualification & Experience: A professional graduate / post graduate with 0- 5 years of work experience in the recruitment industry (Preferable exp of bulk hiring).
