Candidate will be understanding and gathering requirement from client and making hiring strategy for the same.

Research and analysis through headhunting, referrals, industry mapping and job boards.

Performing search and screening activities to reach out suitable talent in the market.

Coordination with clients and candidates for scheduling different kind of interviews.

Preparing and maintain recruitment life cycle related MIS and maintaining the work flow.

Post joining follow-ups with candidates

Client relationship management and follow-ups for repeat business from successful clients.

Fully compliant to internal tools and methodologies.

Desired Profile:
At least 1-4 years of IT/Non IT recruitment experience with any staffing company or corporate.

Recruiter should have great knowledge in networking in Non-IT/IT/ITeS verticle.

Recruiters with BPO Hiring experience is an added advantage.

Hands on experience working on sourcing profiles through networking sites, job boards and referrals.

Should be able to handle the complete life cycle of recruitment from Consultant point.

Should have handled client communication and able to consult the client appropriately.

Communication skills and Microsoft office skills should be excellent.

Ability to interview people by meeting them in person.

Should be able to carry the individual target and successfully accomplish the same.

Should be able to work on process improvement program and help the branch achieving its target.
