Graduate/Post Graduate with atleast 1 year of experience in ITES, Telecom (or) Analytics recruitment or "executive search" or "staffing.

Identify prospective candidates through various channels like job portals, professional networking portals, references, headhunting, company mapping, cold calling and advertisements.

Discuss the job opportunity with prospective candidates and assess the competencies, ascertain if the candidate`s interest levels, and perform all other required fitment checks.

Share the profile with client`s recruitment team and take feedbacks.

Closely engage with the client`s recruitment team to coordinate interviews till closure.

Work with the candidate and the client through the offer process and ensure that the interests of both parties are met to the maximum extent.

Manage both client`s and candidate`s expectations and ensure that the candidate joins the client organisation within stipulated timelines.

Collect the billing/invoice details and ensure that the invoices are raised on time and the payments are recieved without any fallouts.

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Build a strong professional network aligned to the assigned industry vertical and grow to become a well known recruiter within the industry.

Mentor new joinees/ trainee recruiters by giving them training on various skills and techniques.

Maintain candidate database and reports.

Desired Profile

Candidate should have strong understanding of ITES, Telecom (or) Analytics recruitment process.

Experience in any of the leading search firms/recruitment consultancies is highly preferred.

Mandatory to have good communication skills, networking abilities, convincing and negotiation skills.

Should be highly motivated and a go getter.

Industry experience in ITES, Telecom (or) Analytics is mandatory.
